2 Guys Got Caught

I was driving down Katella toward villa park from the 55 freeway and I passed the reservoir on villa road and hewes. This is at 945am on Wednesday morning.. 2 dudes sitting on the ground that got caught and there were 2 sheriff cars and a patrol guy. Probably a water district worker that stopped them. They had fishing poles and 1 had a bait caster from what I saw.. :( I'm sad that some of our own got caught. But you guys shoulda just ninja fished it. It is broad daylight hahaha if you guys read this at least give a report haha or tell us how much the ticket was! Lol *JBfish*
