Arrived at the gates at 730 to find out they didnt have fresh dines. Mark was kind enough to give me a few macs for bait. Thank you Mark and it was good seeing you. The macs worked but not like sardines. Managed 6 stripers with it and ended up losing count how many cats.
Troll teams dream type of fishing. TB called me a couple times to check my count. Last I spoke to him I had 6 and he said 4 more. I couldn't get another one if my life depended on it. Haha Still a great day in my book if I'm not working and enjoying the outdoors.

When I was leaving Mark said they received a batch of fresh dines this afternoon.

All in all, good times.

Thanks for the report.. How deep have those fish been?

They really have been all over the place! Any where from 20-100 ft is where I have been catching them. Sometimes on the fly and other times on the bottom.


At least these 6 liked the mackerel just fine!!! :)
