Skunked at samo
conditions got bad around 2
but was using lc but had something at end of the line that was peeling line with no fast runs just a strong run and then of course my knot failed heres any ideas of what it was ?
ps. seal popped up next to beach right after my knot failed but dont think that was it

It's the pits when a bad knot gives out.. of course that's never happened to me.. the fish just ''broke me off!'' LOL
Knot wise, I'm pretty secure with the single 'uni'.

it was flat but there was some nice structure but couldnt get any to stick

x2 on the single uni. Knots don't seem to be my downfall.:LOL: Hard to say what the mystery fish was...bat, wiggles or flattie. Keep trying, you'll get one on the sand!:Wink:

Skunk on the beach beats sitting at home reading about the skunk! Thanks for reporting! One thing that I appreciate just as much as reports showing PBs and other cathces are skunk reports because they are the ones that I learn most from.
