Got some hard earned fish at quail lake today. Walked all the way to the outlet passed the gates at quail. It was about 8 miles round trip. started bad by loosing my kpn lure in the rocks but the fish made it all better. They where assualting my 1oz chrome rattletrap. Got two fish and had about 6 hits within 30mins. And I actually saw an antelope in antelope valley lol. I thought they were a myth .

Nice fish. Didn't think there was any pronghorn antelope up there but hey its possible. It might have also come from the tejon ranch.

Judging by how close you are to the cement plant--- there are some areas around there that are illegal to fish---be careful.

it probably is if you continued passed where I was fishing at the outlet. Two workers passed me and all one said was to stay behind the buoy line.
