1992 Kenner - Center Console - 90 HP Johnson

i just recently purchase this boat, now i have to sell it.

my dad wont let me keep my boat in the backyard anymore due to it being to big and barely clears my long narrow driveway.


i bought the boat as a HULL only no motor.

here what i did to the boat within the past month of ownership



Bought a 1996 Johnson Oceanrunner 90 HP

Installed new fuel line

New prime bulb

New battery cables

Thru-Hull mount for bait pump

New bait pump

New bilge pump

had the guy fix and redo all the wiring

Added a battery guage

Added a RPM gauge

Perko switch

Water seperator filter.

New output hole for the live well, located in the transom

New hoses for the live well

New LED trailer lights.

New Trailer jack

Anchor rope and chain

Speakers

4 Switch panel

Cigarette charger



someother things i cant remember off the top of my head, but will update this posting with current infomation.



asking $6000 obo - will only do a sea trial if you have cash in hand.

Nice boat. I have a 1996 ocean runner 150. Never had a problem with it, good motor and a year or 2 before the FICT injection which was known for problems.

How many cylinders is the 90 hp ?

Was this the same boat that was listed on BloodyDecks?

It was going for $1,000 or less w/ no motor...with a 90hp 1992, maybe another $1000 invested. Total investment was roughly 2'k?

I'm interested but would rather know what else was upgraded? From a 1k boat to a 6k boat is a big jump, just for an old motor, bilge pumps, battery and some wiring.

Having a hard time justifying the additional $5,000 invested since the boat and trailer were under $1,000.

Sorry to overstep but paying double what the boat/trailer/motor is mind boggling.
