1 hour Spotted Bay Bass session San Diego Bay 3-18-2013

My brother and I fished the bay for a one hour Spotted Bay Bass session 20 dollars to the winner. I used a 1/4 oz jig head with a 2 inch gulp shrimp on four pound line. My brother used live anchovy,s and then turned to the gulp shrimp. It was foggy but nice. Here is a short video.
