Are you allowed to fish in the LA Aqueduct in the Eastern Sierras?? and if so what fish are in there??

no in the actual aqueduct but there is a liake (hawaie i think it is spelled) just before olancha that is a great fishing spot but dwp may have closed that big rainbows ans smallmouth bass
