If I was picking between those two ODC420 all the way! Lifetime warranty and a solid product!

I originally purchased a FC4 and was close to the limit then after adding my gear I pushed it to its limit and although it floated and got the job done just didn't seem right. Switched to the ODC420 and couldn't be happier.
