I know I read it here, It was a fisherman who put 2 PVC tubes in the back of a back pack to use as rod holders while surf fisng. The back pack was black and gray, had several photos showing how he made it and support needed. Thought it was a great idea and was going to make one for myself. HOWEVER i guess the large amounts of scotch and waters in my early years has had an effect on my brain and I have forgotten a few of the things I saw in the photos so I can finish this project. Thanks for any responce to this call for help.
