My girl and I decided to hit up Jess ranch on sat, got to the lake @ 7:15 paid our fees and as we are walking towards the lake we see a couple of anglers already hooked up on some hard fighting fish right there I new it would be again a good day. I set up one rod on iflated night crawler with bite on, with in a couple of minutes BAM!!! Fish on, that's petty much how it went over and over. By 10 or so we both had our limits most on night crawlers some on mini jigs big one of the day was a 4.9 that my girl landed on a orange jig. I saw a lot of fish landed in the 5lb class, Jess ranch is a nice place to fish with the hole fam and the gentleman in the golf cart is actually pretty cool to talk to.
