My Son has been sick the last two days so we are going to fish tomorrow . I was wondering if the warm weather and trout plant woke the Striper bite up?

Was there on Friday when they did the trout plant. I threw trout baits from shore at ramp 2 but no luck with the striper. Caught a 3lb trout on a gold panther martin. Weather was nice; just a little wind

I was there Saturday. Striper bite is ..... well, dismal. There are some of us regulars out there pounding it lately for maybe one fish and that's trolling with u-rigs and downriggers. Very tough bite right now. I'll be there tomorrow as well along with Askwhy and Oscar too. Always hoping for the bite to turn around. When it does I want to be there.
