There are plenty of good spots. Use google earth or google maps to find them.

well..... the AV is hard to fish for many. i have gone out several times and not caught anything. You have to keep trying and you'll eventually get one. It is even more difficult now because the cold weather and water. keep trying and move around to different spots.

yea i guess it can be from the weather, but ill definitely do that and try to find a couple new spots.
another question, is it better when the water is moving fast or if its stopped?

well when the water is moving, the current is so strong, you are barely able to fish it, you throw a 3OZ weight the water still wipes it away

are you using 3oz weight for bait n wait? AV morning fishing is tough now maybe night is little better but I have not been out at night since the new year.

bottom is flat surface and with the flows it won't hold. I used to use 6 oz hahaha...but I don't do bait any more.
