carp fishin

i am a dedicated fly fisherman. i see bodies of enormous carp now, and then. i have seen large numbers of large carp in the shallows when i play golf in ontario. i would like help in tying flies for, and effective ways to locate, and entice carp to take my flies. any help would be appreciated. i live about 15 min from perris lake. i catch lots of trout, bass, bluegill, redear, but want to branch in a new direction to catch more, and larger fish. thanks.
