The boy and I hit up corona our favorite fishin hole again today. Got to the lake around 7:30 and headed to the far side of the lake with a rental boat. Fishen was good as soon as we got set up there. Buy 11:00 we had 5 fish on the stringer from 3 1/2 to 6 1/2 lbs. The stalking truck showed up around 11:30 but we had a steady bite going so we just stayed where we were on the opposite side of the lake and had no problems catching trout. Just goes to show the lake didn't even need anouther stalking but it sure won't hurt. The lake is just full of trout u can go any day of the week and get them. Get out there and get some! Oh buy the way as always on the b. line worms mostly on ball head. white, orange, yellow were the colors today.
Good luck!

Sunday will be good. Behind the snack shop and a cross the lake from the boat docks will be where u would want to be.

I love fishing at Corona! And yeah, I noticed that I normally liked getting a boat during catfish season. However, I think I do prefer shore-fishing when it comes to trout. Good job, Chad!

*and yeah, I have to admit that I'm still a bit of a beginner. I've yet to catch anything over 2lbs myself but love going. I meet all kinds of great people who help me out with tips and advice.
