So last fall i descided to build my own wooden boat ... a 14 foot skiff ... its been a year and i have taken my time on it! Here is a short video slideshow of it from start to finish... BY NO means am i a pro but just a kid who loves the water and wife wouldnt let me buy a boat ... So i built one! i should have it finished by spring ready for some fishing!

Very nice job. It is amazing how simple repetitive acts (building the framework) and the next thing you know, you're putting the sheeting on. Be sure to post the finished boat in the water.

Great job, At least you didn't build it in the basement were you have to tear down the house to get it out. Did you use brass or copper screws??? Are you going to glass and resin the exterior??? Are the ribs going to be covered??? Will you insert foam btwn the bottom and the floorboard for floatation???? How much HP are you putting on the stearn or will this oars only?? Keep the photos coming your doing great work.
