General question. Do all GLoomis rods come with a wildcard warranty? In the past they would charge you $50 bucks to get a replacement, I know this because I broke two of them.

Dang dude, just saw you sold em. I was hoping you still had em for sale. I just broke my third elixer in 2 years, you are downgrading going to Phenix from gloomis. Be careful with the elixers, they are very fragile.

Dang sry about your elixirs...I ended up keeping the 7'2" and sold the 6'6" and one of my ci4's...still rocking gloomis but mostly in bass rods now...I'll have 2 elixirs and one gloomis for trout seasons...

Smart, keeping the 7'2". After I broke my 2nd Elixer last year I bought one (GL2) at Hall Show and was super impressed with the quality, action, and strength of it compared to the Elixer and planned on buying another. I swore I would never go back to Phenix but unfortunately I lost the GL2.........long story:Explode:. Picked up 2 Elixers from a member here for a price I couldn't turn down, one lasted me 6 months. Oh well, such is life, they are VERY sweet rods just fragile, be careful of the tips. Best wishes to ya man.
