HUMP DAY FISHING, Quality Limits, Steelie's on the chew 12/5

WOW that pretty much sums it up today. The quality fish were on the chew today. I was trolling a new toy that they really liked the action on it was sweet its the Pink Husky Jerk with clown head by Rapala you can see it in the video its large 7mm but they couldn't resit it. I tried a lot of different and this is what they all wanted. I was marking large schools of fish at 5 feet. and once that bait swam through it it was major Bendo, I had a 3.8 Steel head, a 4.25 Bow, 3.10 and two 3.2's the Go Pro fogged up towards the end of the day I gotta replace the gasket I guess. I got them on a Roe and Corn combo which was key since my 1st fish wasn't till 11:00 but from 11-1:00 it was just too much fun. The majority of the fish I saw being caught was on the back ramp of trout island in the flats, those guys seemed to have done pretty well. The roads are open to the flats now so that made launching better also. I hope everyone has a good rest of the week and a safe weekend. Hope you enjoy the video sorry about the ending.

Yeah it usually happens in the colder and humid times of the year .. i usually never have the problem in the summer months but winter it starts to happen more often .

I've caught 2 12"ers on a 90mm lure, so theres no reason a bigger trout wouldn't want to hit a 70! Nice going on the toads, thats a real nice limit you got ,with all the dinks out there. Way to slay!
