Anybody want to pair or group up to rent a boat for this Friday and/or Saturday?

I just came back from fishing today and I rented my first motor boat with my friend. I got to drive everywhere around the whole lake(about 8 spots).
Sad to say my friend was the only one that caught something(catfish). I dont know if it was the bait we used.. or what. We both used live night crawlers bought at the bait shop. He let his line all the way to the bottom and i used a bobber to try catching anything on top. I was really sad at the end of the day cause i was looking forward to today all week. Im going to go this Friday and Saturday so I would like it if I could join anybody(s) to try to get on a boat and try my luck again. I will split boat renting fees, bait, etc. Im 23 yrs old, male. Friendly and would love advice about pretty much anything fishing related. I can get to Irvine lake anytime including 6am.

Try power bait on a small treble hook, or since you have a boat you can troll around the lake. Ill be there Friday in my tube. Don't hesitate to come by and ask a few questions.

Well you have a boat, try getting there at 6 and finding a good shore spot.

You have to wait till 6 to go in, we hang out in the parking lot and you can walk up to the bait shop.
