Leo Carillo State Beach tips.

i will be heading out to leo carillo this weekend with the family for a weekend camping trip, and i wanna try out the surf fishing while im at it. any advice or tipps before i go their? ive fished their without succes before and im hoping i can atleast catch some perch or croakers. Help on what parts of the beach or what to look for would be much appreciated.

My advice is to postpone the trip. Its gonna rain until sunday. Otherwise, go buy a couple of packs of gulp camo sw or big hammer motor oil red grubs.

Also, swells up to 8 ft thru the weekend. :Shocked: Not a good time to hit the surf, unless you're s surfer. :Wink:
