Bolsa Chica MLPA Info?

hey guys, thanks for all the help getting me into my first surf butt, id especially like to thank SWAT members for their extraordinarily detailed reports and tips. they were immensely helpful. im having a difficult time understanding the MLPA closures, specifically the Bolsa Chica one. i understand that the back bay is closed, what im interested in is the beach and surf line in front of the bay. i believe that is open to fishing, just not the bay. im not cavalier enough to fish it with out some intel, i wont risk the citation. the DFG map is next to useless.

Fishing the surf/beach at Bolsa Chica is fine. Pretty popular place for surf fisherman. And lots of surfers around so got to be careful for them but most are pretty cool and they help you spot structure when they fall into a big trench.
