Does anyone kayak fish at Irvine Lake?

All the time, it's an awesome lake to fish, easy to launch, no launch fee also.

Yea, The water is calm and I always do good at that lake. There is plenty of good areas to fish. Another guy and I will be fishing the tourney this Saturday in blue kayaks.

For you newer fishmen to Irvine lake, Sky is an expert on kayaks and has wrote a few books on where to kayak. She is very smart and if you ever run into her, she is the one you want to pick her brain about yaks.

If you are considering only fresh water, then Irvine certainly ranks up there as one of the best spots to Kayak fish in Southern California.
If you are talking about both fresh and salt, my answer might be different...LOL

I didn't know that. I thought everyone on these threads were experts cause everyone seems have an advise for every situation and every technique. You know what I'm talking about "the Italian opera; me, me, me, I, I, I, me, me, me ".
