Hi everyone, I just wanted to put a good word in on these rods. I just bought a 6'6 2-8lb travel rod from them and it's exactly what I was looking for. I was considering a Daiwa Heartland or Spinmatic but I'm glad I went with this one instead. Very sensitive, with a strong backbone, yet it retains the "light" action that I wanted. More sensitive than expected for a 4 piece travel rod. It comes in a really nice cordura tube as well, which is only about 2 feet long. Great for travel. I can't wait to use it.
It was $69.99 + shipping on the website. The site lists a 6'6 version that is 4-8 pounds "medium light", but they sell a 2-8 lb "light" version that is not on the website. You just have to ask for that version. They are also sold on eBay.
Very friendly and helpful seller, as well. He answered all my questions.
Anyway, I know there were a few people interested in what I decided on for a travel rod, so I figured I'd share my experience.
