one pole has half label barely read, one is 12ft 8in and other is 10ft 8in.

Can't tell much from the pictures. How did you come by these poles? Are you planning on selling them? I don't believe the have a very wide appeal compared to vintage rods or bamboo fly rods (which are very valuable), and their lengths make them hard to transport. Still, there are people who enjoy fishing with bamboo poles who might be interested.
