Fished from 0630 till 1000. Fished the spillway, which I limited out last week in 20 minutes. Definitely not the same wide:Twisted: open crazy bite today. I'm sure the fish that are still there have seen every lure in the world by now as that spot is always packed. The fish were still there, showing on the fish finder, but not as interested in biting.

Fished the spillway with 4 other tubers. They added a buoy line about 50 feet from the spillway that wasn't there last week. My guess is they added it for safety reasons and also to give the fish a chance as it was crazy wide open. Caught my limit by 10. One 3 pounder and the rest average stocker size. Another tuber caught a beautiful 10-12 pounder in the same spot. All the other fish were average.

Any questions let me know.

So are there two bouy lines now + a rope to keep you from casting into the moving water?

I don't know the purpose of the extension of the buoy line from the moving water. A strong cast can make it into the flow of the moving water.

There is one extended buoy line. There is not a second rope or buoy line in from that.

Ha. Negative ghost rider. That's a weekend and I would never fish a weekend because of that exact reason. But yea, that's the extended buoy line.

Why would anybody want to fish in that zoo?

^^^^ what a zoo!! Getting a fish to bite when 50 lines are thrown in the same vicinity is a feat in itself, couple that with fighting a fish among all those lines seems almost impossible. I mean if you do hook up with a DD with that pressure around all those lines, GOOD LUCK!!

I was in that crowd and two double digit trout were caught. Everyone was pretty respectful and when someone hooked something big people would pull their line in and even cut them if necessary. Surprisingly there were not that many tangles.

Actually the bouy line was pushed back even further from shore fence to shore fence. I was there on Sunday 11/11 when they moved it back.

In the picture it is shore fence to shore fence. It's just that it wasn't taut and the boats/tubes pushed it in.
