Got out to the duct today around 3:30pm and fished until just about dark. No keepers but caught 5 between 15-17" and missed about 10 others. Most of the action was on the KPN, but did hook up a couple on the White Pearl Fluke which is what I started out with today. Third cast and I was hooked up. Thanks TB - appreciate the info! There were a lot of stripers in the area I was fishing and they were active. I saw several "Shark Week" type surface explosions by some decent size stripers but unfortunately, I didn't hook up with any.
Gates were probably half open and the water level was up at least a foot. Moss wasn't so bad today either.
