after having a talk with my pal oceanmike and messages from karlow ,it was time to enjoy my vets day off fishing seeings how i'm a vetran myself. hit the gate right at opening ,had to wait to launch in a small line and i was on the water ,about 5 minutes into it and the drag was screaming, the action started so fast i had to start c and r real quick so i wouldnt limit out to fast. by noon i had ten fat schoolies in the dead box and had released 20 or more stripers and 5 or 6 lmb's. i found multiple areas with huge shad balls and schoolies going crazy on them.after several guide trips this week then this striper explosion ,i was ready to go to the dock early, anybody that knows me that doesnt happen very often. while i setting the boat for the road a family who had spent all morning trying for trout and comimg up empty walked next to my boat ,i asked this father who was walking with his little girl how had they done, it was a sad story to me out of about seven peole in there group they haqdnt even got a bite, i asked if they would kie some fish the dad thought i was kidding but i was dead serious , i hooked them up ,i only asked if his girl wanted to pose with a fish she said sure , i was happy and so was that whole faqmily as they walked a way with fish, i'll be back there tommorow for a guide trip,,,,,,,,,T/O,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Thanks to the vets of the site!

Bob, you giving fish away and overall being a nice guy flies in the face of your critics.. You know the ones who don't know you but love to try and knock ya down.

But those who know you know where your heart is and it shows

If you cant beat em, join em!!!!!!!!! :)

I knew you would be there sooner then later with this kinda action!!! Frikken nuts! Even crazier to handle the rods alone. I wish I had it taped with me bouncing back and fort from one rod to the next alone. funny chit!! Good job as always... Looks like i will be bumping into you there now not Castaic...hahaha
