Hit up NPH yesterday, before I had some work to do in Costa Mesa.
Arrived at 5:45 a.m. and got about 12-14 hits.
Only managed to land 3 of them, they are so darn quick!
http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae255/gudgersfishing/Mobile%20Uploads/image-1626.jpg
First one was about 13”.

http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae255/gudgersfishing/Mobile%20Uploads/image-920.jpg
2nd one was about 11”.

http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae255/gudgersfishing/Mobile%20Uploads/1107120816.jpg
3rd was about 9”.

http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae255/gudgersfishing/Mobile%20Uploads/image-523.jpg
There were about 40-50 of these birds in the harbor.
There was tons of bait and the birds were so distracted that they would almost swim into my legs under water.

I ended up leaving about 9:00 and on the way back to the truck I was acutely aware of the beautiful flowers at peoples homes.
ENJOY!

This is an LC 100 that Tre won at the HG4 event.
It swam pretty shallow and I had to reel in pretty quick to get the same action as the 110. I got no hits after an hour of using.

Have a Great Day!

Hola Pistola!

Hey my brotha!...Roberto!........you've been busy out-in-the-salt my friend!
It's been more of a Perch's world "out there" in the surf lately!
For such a slow season...you've been able to beach quite a nice variety pack of fish in your last couple of week's fishing efforts my friend!:Thumbs Up: WTG!

Give me a heads up when your tide conditions flip in a positive direction and I will do the same with you brotha!
It was good to hook-up in the salt with you the other day....keep up the good work soldier!

Thanx for the fishing report and all of the botanical porn!

Some people just stop and smell the roses.....while others stick there noses into everything... along the path!
Our life's path is our journey......let's get nosey!

13 hits with 3 hook-ups... Not bad for a 3 hour session. The hit-and-misses are "=(" but it definitely does makes the fishing session a whole lot better than no hit-and-misses  Thanks for the report.

Good stuff right there bromigo....... who says that when you are a hard working SOB like yourself you still don't have the time to give a few fish a free lip piercing and a photo session? Nice pics of the NPH scenery too! What a great way to start your day dude!

Thanks for taking the time to inspire everyone to hit it hard before the winter slam hits us !

Roberto,

You've opened up my eyes to a new way to get into theright frame of mind. An attitude adjustment before work might just work a lot better than an attitude adjustment after work........I just wonder now if I'd ever make it to work?

Thanks for the report Robert and I'm hoping to have the opportunity to hit the beach with you guys in a couple of weeks after I take care of some business. :Thumbs Up:

Nice pre-work bass session!
Congrats on the spotties. I've only caught a few spotties ever but I do remember that they were really fun to catch.
Also, that's a nice assortment of catches!
