Laguna on the fly

Hello,

I hit up Laguna this morning with my Echo 2wt. I managed to catch 3 Redears and 1 small bass. Beadheads seem to always work for me. With the time change, I didn't see the crazy guy on the bench.

I've yet to visit Laguna. How is it for trout? .... nice catches BTW.

Like all park lakes, the trout bite is best immediately and shortly after after the stock. In my opinion, however, Laguna has more areas for the trout to circulate during the winter months.

If only we could have open season On them cormorants ! Than us weekend fishers would have a better chance lol. Heard Ralph Clark was decent for trout. :-D
