So...I hope all fellow anglers are doing well. A while back I wrote about my buddy who was given an ultimatem for either fishing or marriage/sex by his wife.

Well obviously my coworker has been unhappy since he has been unable to fish with permission...haha...especially since I have been gettin out. So he has resorted to cuttin out on work to fish without her knowing. I told him that was ridiculous.

His wife saw on his paystub that he cut out on work twice and **** hit the fan. She thought he was cheating on her. The truth came out...he was cheatin for fishin!

He finally had enough and of her bullshit and he mustered enough to break it off with her. Its been a few days and he's staying with his parents. I am so damn proud of the guy for finally having the cajones to do what is right.

We'll see what happens. I am going up to BBL next weekend and see if he's coming or movin out his ****.

Obviously, when you promise to make someone your priority you'll be giving up SOME of your former lifestyle. However, your mate has to understand that you are a whole person with personal needs. If they can't understand that then they are not a whole person with a real life. They get a life from YOU. That can never be healthy. I do know couples that do everything together. You never see one without the other like in the comic strip "Zits" the character(s) RichandAmy . Soon enough the well runs dry and there's no more to talk about.
