Met up with a co-worker (ex-military) who happened to have the day off to,so we hit the Seal Beach Base to try

for some Halibut (at least that was my desire ,or focus ) YET, he knew of some go to spots for bass and we hit

those spots first light instead. It was almost wide open on the 12inch Calicos (not pictured) yet we did catch

some bigger ones, and he caught the big daddy for the day, a 15 incher. Wind and chop started up about 10am.

on the ocean side,when I finally got him to let me go try for Halibut,but wouldn't ya know it TOO LATE IN TIDE !!! :Rolls Eyes:

So, I only caught a Pancake :LOL: Next time, he said, he will let me hit the Halibut area first thing !!! :Smile:

We did fairly good compared to the last time we were there, was a lot of fun on the almost wide open Calicos !!!

MAN :LOL::LOL::LOL: He got me laughing really hard when he pulled in that 15incher, He was standing over the thing yelling

" WHO,S YOUR DADDY NOW, WHO,S YOUR DADDY NOW !!! " :LOL::LOL::LOL:

Hey Daniel,
Good looking assortment of fish.
That pancake pretty much devoured your fluke!
