10/17 pumpkin patch piggies !!!

:LOL: LBC Halibuts or Piggy - butts. That was the question for fishin areas today !!!

Not a difficult choice to make being that tide was at 1.5 at 4.20am. to a 6.5

by 10.37am. LBC past a 3.0 is not a prime tide for Halibut hunting in the areas where

I go to, and I figured by sunup, tide would have passed 3.0 . So, decided to go to a North

SAMO area for Perch instead. Don,t remember when I last threw a C- Rig for Perch :LOL: That

LBC Drop Shot stuff got me so focused on trying for a Legal, forgot about what used to be

my Home sweet Home perching A.O. Got this bag of Pumpkin GULP (in the red bag) worms for

$2.00 on clearance at Wallmart, and for some reason :Idea: just wanted to try them, after dipping them

in the GULP ALIVE RE-CHARGE Juice !!! Which in IMHO makes them now, saltwater worthy :LOL:

Caught a bunch of mediums at first (not Pic.ed) so moved to some submerged structure to try to

get the bait into some sand allies between the structure as the current would take them, but took

a while to get the worms to go into the right Zone because of those stupid waves !!! :Rolls Eyes: FINALLY got

the hang of it and then it was almost WFO on the Piggies !!!

This though was the "Skunk Buster" First fish though.

Nice looking fish Daniel!
It's always good to get back to the basics once in a while.
I was at the beach last weekend, with my wife, and I was using a c-rig as well.
Thing is, I forgot to bring the grubs, so I dug for some SC's and got some nice BSP and YFC's as well.
