Hey folks... Some family members are going to Irvine lake to do some night fishing tonight. We were gonna rent a boat but just don't have the cash for it and was wondering if anyone would like to share a good shore spot. Thanks in advance

near the boat docks seems to produce pretty often..

past the boat docks off the point does well for me too

Thanks a lot bro. That's where we setup last night. Slow night but we managed to get four. Over a hundred views and only one reply.... :(

Don't let the view/reply ratio bother you....lots of lurkers on the site. You may want to post up a few days before you go next time for more feedback, congrats on the fish btw! Where are the pics?

I would have loved to reply but I can't remember the last time I actually fished from Irvine's shore. It is at least a year ago or more I think.

Good job on the shore fishing. Never shore fished there before so I cant give out any info, but it definitely takes some skills to catch some fish on the shoreline!

Nice delivery on the pics and again congrats Inspecta! If you are shore fishing for trout this season it should be off the hook with the current water level, see you out there.
