Wow those things are pretty cool. I doubt you could get them down below 10' without them taking on water and shorting out, but would be a nice concept. I do own a lure that has one of those little pocket vibrators in it and never caught anything with it. Little button on the size when pressed makes it vibrate for 3 seconds every 10 seconds.
