10-6-12 LBC Bait Soak- Dad's 1st keeper!

Went to soak some bait with my bro and dad this morning. Slow tidal movement but planned to make the most with a chance to get out and fish. Nice conditions, not crowded, and some bird activity in the distance. Fished squid and frozen chovies from about 6:30 till just after 1:00. was a nice day to be out. Count for the day was ...2 short halibut, a small shovel, and a stingray for my bro. One micro smoothhound, 2 butterfly rays, and a hefty YFC for myself. Pops only caught one but it was a keeper!! 22 1/4" his first Legal Flatty! :Cool::Cool:
