Guide trip thurs big dave kills some more

dave got a hold of me for some more fishing and learning ,we met up and went to it , i noticed even more massive lowering of the water level. we did the biol whore fast lap of the lake and we didnt see any boiling anywhere . so we started the search it was a long day of all kinds of mixed up schools of shad and stripeys all mixed up all around the lake.so in between the slow bite dave was learning a knot and tackle set ups for his rigs hes working on. we didnt see any other fish caught all day and the few boil whore that were there were gone by noon. thank you dave for using my service again and putting up with me,,,,,,,bob,,,,,,

Lol, I was absolutely one of the boil whores out there Bob! Way to put your clients on the fish. I was marking fish throughout the water column but I couldn't get them to commit on various jigging techniques. I think as soon as we get a cold snap the fish are going to go nuts, just need the water temp to drop another 5 degrees

Thanks for another fun day, I cant imagine sitting in the little rental boat for that long searching for fish. It was a weird day, lots of fish in the kill zones, very few takers, we tried several variations, and beat the skunk. Thanks for the tips on how to set up my u rig, hopefully my new reel will get here soon so I can try my setup to see if I have actually learned something these past few weeks, lol. Putting up with you, thats funny, remember I own a retail business, I always have a blast with you when we fish, and look forward to our next outing. If anyone reads this, and you are unsure of how to be consistent in your striper fishing, and how to minimize the green carp by-catch, a day on the water with Bob is an inexpensive and rewarding way to learn, plus mr stripey is delicious to eat!............Dave...
