Couldnt crack the code on those deep bass (10" dink on roboworm dropshot) so i went after some bluegill, thanks to some tips from fishmounter i got this nice bluegill it was 9" and definitely my biggest blue gill by far.

Well, you didn't get skunked! Nice coppernose Bluegill. Next time you go back out, you'll do better.

Its kinda like a modified drop shot but with a long leader instead of the hook directly online. But the key that made it work for me was to troll through/past the fish. I wish i had more time to try other lures and jigs and go for some bass as that was the primary target

Nice lookin BG, LMB have been hit and miss, lots of bait fish in the water.
