hey fishing fam!

i went out to silverwood lake this past tuesday with my lady. We had a blast since it was quiet and peaceful.
weather was great about 88, water was clear 4-5 feet visability, wind was slow in the am but picked up by 11
or 12 and was on and off. i was on swim baits, cranks but had most luck with drop shotting a 6" watermelon
worm by strike king right along the edges of the moss beds.

cant wait to go back!! this also happened to be my first fish on the new abu revo s3 and veritas rod!!

great time!! if ne one has ne tips for this lake, pm me... id love to share secrets.. ill be at the pudd more
these next weeks? then hit silverwood up again in a week or two wid a buddy.

bass n stripers seem to be goin deeper...

but im ready for trout season at the vine!!

tight lines yall ....c ya round.

enjoy!

Aggs! Way to go out there! Kind of a drive from your usual spots eh? Nice work, enjoyed the video too! What type of camera are you shooting with?

Very manageable if tossing topwater and plenty of clean water for cranks and other presentations, basically just the stringy stuff left with a few pockets of thick crap. Think it's already turned the corner from the slow down of the last week.

weeds are a Betch!! hate it ... ... ehhh it sucks.. but if u can just cast.... past the weeds... the bass that are hiding n feeding on the shad coming in... are right in there.... risk getting caught in the weeds... n BAMMM !!!! there goes a Hit !!!
