Hello,

I spent Saturday and Sunday morning fishing my local lakes.

Lakes fished: Clark, Laguna, Yorba Linda, and La Mirada.
Baits: Senkos, Dragonflies (River2sea)

All of the lakes produced, with the biggest fish going around 2lbs (maybe....I didn't weigh it, pic included)

What fun! Great job. Wish I could have an entire weekend to fish. BTW, how do those R2S dragonflies work? I've been eyeing them.

The Dragonflies work "ok". I think they would work better in a cove at Castaic. They definitely get the blood pressure up...I had several (larger models) swim towards it, follow it, yet not take it.
They work best on a spinning reel, and due to the construction, they are not the easiest to cast. Furthermore, they tend to get tangled upon the landing. Still fun though.

I was having alot of fun crawling creatures over the floating mats of algae, got alot of blowups.

The bass liked it when I would swim the creature to a small mat, then just paused, letting the tails hang off the edge.
