where are the boils...

hit Castaic early this morning after the night shift. Went to west ramp walked along the shore. I did not see any activities, boils..... Finally, I caught 2 bass, the one I hold was the legal one. The other was 14 inches. left at 8:30am. where are the striped bass boil !!!!!!

I've had lunch at the West Ramp a couple days this week

I haven't seen any evidence except that the birds are cruising expecting to be fed.

I guess the boils arent available at from shore this year

The boils are in the back of the ski arm, right in front of the buoy line. I was there yesterday and there was like 10 boats back there running and gunning for them.
