Been a minute since I really went fishing since my Ensenada trip that didn't go well at all. Kinda put me out of the game. So this morning I jumped back in and went back to what I love to do most...Fishing off my float tube! So the boys came out to play! Raven, Jesse, Marco, KG, Franks and Addison! Yes we roll deep! LOL The weather was kinda crappy in the morning. Fog rolls were coming in. But that gave us an advantage to fish at certain areas that were off limits. Which actually didn't produce much or anything decent. Just dinks. Everyone was hooking up! Raven was the only one to get a Halibut and a nice size sculpin. Both of us decided to make a bold move to another spot that was highly restricted. So we did a quick in and out mission. Kicked in fast, threw the plastics hard then BOOM! I get slammed hard by a fish that woke up this morning in a bad mood. Took a few runs, couple times in the kelp but i managed to horse him out. when it finally got up to the surface my jaw dropped! A spottie beast! Swooped out my Promar net, handed it to Raven...didn't wanna take any risks on losing this fish and into the net he went in! Boom! My PB Spottie,.. ;) Snapped some pics, dumped him back in the drink and relaxed for the rest of the day. The Lord has blessed me on this fine sunday with a PB spottie, so i should take up this time to just chill and enjoy the rest of the day. Thanks to the guys coming out with me today! We had some good laughs today, Can't wait to do it again soon,.. Now for the fish porn!!!
