dave got a hold of me ,his brother in-law was coming to town and wanted to fish for stripers. we met just before the opening got to b/s for a while then the next thing you know it ws time to head in. we hit the water and hauled up for the boils but we barely got two crappy chances so after working the area for na da we started the troll , it was slow today but we got three nice ones stan got to kill his first troll fish and dave got a couple good ones, thank you dave for coming out again.

Thank you for another fun day on the water, although the boils were out of reach in the forbidden zone, the troll was good. We had to work at it, switched up levels, and caught more. The excitement of a hookup, was replaced by bitter disappointment, only once today, as the green by-catch reared its ugly head, I thought we had caught a tennis shoe or something.................... I cant wait until next week............. Dave

Ron, Thats funny!! Actually the benefits are two fold, not only have I gained vast amounts of knowledge fishing with Bob, I haven't had a sore back from those little rental boats. Maybe one day I will get my own boat....................
