Guide trip thurs big dave and t/o

dave got a hold of me and said i want to slay more stripers,i said we can do that. got there first thing hit the water and hauled it out to the boiling area ,and sure enough it was popping no full on boils but alot of single boil pops. me and dave moved around and moved around all i got was snake bit, but dave got a nice fat one on his KPN castaic shad lure ,dave was pumped with the kill. after a lonf while the fish went down and we started to troll , we had to really press hard on finding feeding fish the were up but not real aggressive . we kept getting teased by the boiling fish in the forbidden zone so after a while we just moved off it ,i guess lightning doesnt strike twice, it took some hard fishing but dave hit his limit and it was time to go, dave thank you again for using my service and i had a ball with the fun talk we got to have,,,,,,,,,,,bob,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,

Thank you Bob for another great day on the water. The last two weeks with Bob, I have learned that anyone can meter fish with a fish finder, but understanding which fish to target has been a game changer for me. Modifying my KPN lure T/O style, really helped me in the boils, not quite up to T/O's "meat stick" setup, but certainly better than what I was doing before. If you are having difficulty in consistency with the stripers, a day with Bob on the water is an inexpensive way to learn, not to mention have a ton of fun in the process. By fishing in the proper areas, my green carp by- catch is way down also. My bro in law is coming down from Bishop next week to come and learn striper fishing T/O style.... cant wait................ Dave

Im one of those that can meter fish. Cant wait to learn from Bob myself someday so i can understand what i am actually seeing. Great report and pics! Props
