Got to the Dam at 3:30,cloudy and windy conditions.started by the waterfall but not much happening...decided to move to my go to spot then BAM!! It starts to rain!WTF?! Got to a covered spot to wait it out meanwhile i re tie my rig to the ds.i soldiered thru the rain and get to my spot.i cast out and i feel a slight pull...nothing...re cast at the same spot and BAM! Fish On!
