Everything was perfect.

Huntington-flats, 14 shipwreck, Oil islands, Queen Mary Cove
Waves and swell under 2 feet
Surface Water temp 68.5 - 71.3
Dolphins pushing up fish in several locations
Air temp 69 - 71 Cloudy AM , Sunny PM
Fished 7 hours
High Tide 1:30 PM
Bait from Nacho.... Great Anchovies large and lively Great Sardines Large and full of life
Frozen Squid
Plastics

Sometime i feel like a total amateur or i missed the message somehow.

It took some time to get into the water because the traffic on 91, 55, 22, 405 was bad from 7 am - 9 am

Headed straight out to the Huntington flats where we had great success last week. As i said we must
have missed the message that fish were not there because we were the only boat on the flats.
Drifted for a couple of hours ........nothing

Headed to 14 ship wreck about 2 miles out from the federal wall
Tons of fish metered. Nothing

Fished the wall inside the harbor. Nothing

Drifted for Halibut around the islands, and in Queen Mary cove Nothing

Great day on the water.......just NO rewards for the time spent.

TIGHT LINES AND GOD BLESS!!

Hi JL,

Sorry to hear of the no-so-great catching. Your reward could be sharing some time with a buddy if nothing else ! I'm thinking you're talking about Wednesday. We were on the Flats at around 2 until we had to leave with a slop pick with a few flurries as in my report.

Next time for sure !!
