Tried to look up Code #,s relating to Law that states it is illegal to impede or interfer with a fisherman
while he is fishing, and the law (this one may be County of Los Angeles etc.) that specifies how far
either fisherman or swimmers are reguired (by Law) to be apart from one another?
Does any one know right off hand ?

I'd never heard of it, but if we as a society need to have such laws, then we are doomed.

A law such as "don't interfere with a fisherman" is the exact nonsense a full time state legislature is moronic, and if it is federal and they waste their time on such a law then they obviously are blowing tax payer money..

Sorry for the rant, but I never heard of such a thing

The statute is fish and game code 2009. It was enacted due to a bunch of hippies trying to blow deer hunts. It states that it is unlawful to interfer with a legal hunting or fishing activity.
