Lake skinner Boat launch

Hello,

i have a older boat with older mercury outboard and want to launch boat on Skinner lake. Here is the Question:
1983 mercury 115 outboard<--- I know its not allowed on lake.
How can i find out if i have a 10hp 4 stroke as a kicker motor and would in turn like to use the 10hp on the lake as my main motor?? would they let me, would i have to take prop off main motor or amything??
who could i call to find out a answer to this?

I asked DVL if I could do just what you are asking and was told NO.

They said I would need to completely remove the non compliant outboard. I could be wrong but I think the 2 lakes are linked somehow... maybe same owners??? They may have the same rules if that is the case.

Call the Skinner Marina (951) 926-1541 and ask for the number to the inspection booth (I'm assuming they have one).
