Guide trip fri dave -jim a fishermans swansong

dave a reg contacted me and told me he had a very important trip to do with his mentor from a/a ,a person that gave time for a year to save dave from him self ,him and jim had not fished or been in close contact for a while ,so it was very important for dave to take him out for the day and enjoy some time in the fresh air. jim had major surgery last sept for cancer ,they had to remove his stomach,and put him on a strict regement ,so to get as much time as he can before it takes him ,dave told me he didnt have much time left and really wanted to catch stripers because he had never fished for them. so jim not only got to catch stripers ,but they were the biggest fresh water fish he had ever caught ,we saw boils in open water but didnt get any luck with that ,we fished for some bass for a little bit ,the boys didnt get any bites ,i farmed a dink and a nice one on crawlers. all the striper we caught were on the troll in deeper water,as they were headed up to the surface looking to chase shad. thank you again dave ,it was nice to fill something from jims bucket list ,and have some fun doing it,,,,,,,,,,bob,,,,,,,,,,,,,
