Does anyone know any fishing tips at MSP Big Lake? Catfish and LMB? Thanks a lot!

I'm guessing a miracle! lol naw jk. i am curious too. only been there once and got a big skunk. tried all the tricks i knew :-P

I use M&M combo for catfish at the big lake. I usually fish by the playground (back facing it) and cast close to the island. Also, I add hogwild dip scent to my bait. For LMB, I've been getting them on spinnerbaits (big blades) around the long bridge area and the corners of the lake. Hope that helps.

Todaty, I went looking for LMB and some bluegill fun and ended up with a Catfish on my bluegill rig. LOL.. Thanks Fysher!

This is a tricky lake but a good one.

Drop shot around the weeds should work.

Just toss it out there and keep jiggling the rod until it loads up, then lift straight up to set the hook.

If nose hooking the worm fails try wacky rigging it.

Weeds? I don't know any weeds in the big lake.
