Hey guys, I just bought my first float tube and have never used one before. Any pointers? Also where is the best place to launch from in Dana harbor? Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys.

get yourself some force fins and a personal flotation devise. use fishing gear suitable for salt water.if you plan to fish locally get some breathable waders.

if your strapped on cash sports authority has a good selection on different us diver fins with the highest one like 30 bucks, breathable waders check craigslist, pfd can pick up at any sports store or bass pro

I paid 80 for the tube, I have plenty of setups for the salt I usually fish on a kayak but wanted to try something new. I do need fins for a good price (got a baby on the way a little pressed for cash flow ) I'm sure I can just wear my board shorts right? Any good ideas for a first test without straining myself to much?

test on a small lake and avoid wind...or if you want go in the harbor where there is less current and kind of shielded by wind
