How's it going everyone? I'm new to this site and I'm excited to be here. Been fishing here and there in lakes and creaks in the inland empire. Looking forward to making new fishing buddies and finding new spots.

Thanks fishmounter. Yeah I fish at Lake Perris every now and then. I grew up fishing there. I don't go there as much as I would like to. I have been going to Lake Evans a lot lately but I keep getting skunked there :/

Welcome to the boards from an old Riverside native, well more like Moreno Valley. Riverside was the BIG City when I was living out that way.

Fished Lake Evans all the time as a kid of the early 60's, then El Casco lakes in San Timoteo Canyon before Lake Perris was built. Fished opening day at Perris.

Hey is El Casco off limits or something? Checked it out on google maps but I keep hearing different things about it.
I am liking this forum. It is cool to read about fellow anglers experiences and talk with people who fish the same areas as I do.

I have been going to Lake Evans a lot lately on my lunch break because I work fairly close. It's nice to be able to go and relax and possibly catch some fish while being on lunch.
